System - My Event Central is a web-based service and cannot guarantee that access to our server will always be available. However, our host provider states a 99% up-time average. If at any time the service is unavailable, we will do everything in our power to make sure it is running again as soon as possible. Typical downs are server restarts and only last a few minutes.

Online support is currently limited to email. Our support staff continuously monitors the email from 9am-5pm Central Standard Time. Typical assistance requests should take no more than an hour for a response. Our staff will be happy to call you if requested in the email.

Payment - Total event cost is $2 per registrant with a $200 minimum, paid in advance to open the event for registration. The original charge of $200.00 will be applied to the final cost and you will be billed for the difference. For instance, an event that has 150 registrants will be billed as follows.

$200.00 to open event + $100.00 billed after event closes to total $300.00 for 150 registrants at $2 a piece.

Online Payment Distribution - When you choose to have My Event Central accept online payments for your event, funds are held until your event closes for registration. This insures that any applicable chargebacks or refunds that may occur will be covered. Arrangements can be made if you require receipt of funds prior to event closing, however, you will then become responsible for any and all refunds.

Registration Count - My Event Central takes a total count of registrants listed in the system under your event. This count is generated from all general registrants and includes reserved sponsored slots, sponsored registrants and organizer-input registrants. Registrants that request a refund and/or "no-shows" count towards final registrant total.

Event Content - My Event Central cannot be held responsible for any data entered into the system by either an event organizer or a registrant. Please contact us at admin@myeventcentral.com if you wish to alert us of questionable data.
